Jan Hanus is an experienced energy and environmental expert, holding the position of CEO of ORGREZ ECO. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, BUT with a focus on energy and ecology. Honza has extensive experience from the Czech and foreign markets in the field of heating, energy solutions for municipalities and companies, especially in relation to the transition to low-emission and sustainable sources, energy saving solutions and reducing the carbon footprint. He is also an expert on waste management and the connection between waste management and energy.

Vladimir Hlavinka is the founder of ORGREZ ECO, as well as the owner and chairman of the board of directors of ORGREZ Group technology companies. He founded ORGREZ ECO with the vision to help industrial companies in a pragmatic transition to sustainable business so that it is data-driven and economically meaningful. Vladimír has business experience from many countries of the world including Canada, Holland and Switzerland, he has also served as Director of the Production Division and member of the Board of Directors of CEZ. In addition, he is currently Vice-President of the Association of Modern Energy.

Jan Krišpín is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of ORGREZ, a.s. and has long been a top management specialist in business development and preparation of investment plans. Thanks to his experience and know-how in process engineering, he is able to balance between the technologically and economically feasible of the project and its enforceability in permitting procedures. These include the EU taxonomy today.

In ORGREZ GROUP, Miloš Řípa is responsible for B2B business with the Green Heating Service, which focuses on the optimal combination of customers' existing heat sources with renewable energy sources (RES). In preparing these solutions, he works closely with the designers of ORGREZ ECO, where the common goal is to create tailor-made design solutions for B2B customers.

Miloš brings to the team a wealth of business experience gained in large energy companies such as ČEZ Prodi and MND, where he worked in managerial and commercial positions. Thanks to his expertise and experience in trade, he contributes to the development of the business strategies of ORGREZ GROUP and OGREZ ECO.”

Jiří Gregor works as a Business Development Manager, where he uses his expertise and experience to develop business opportunities. He is a graduate of the University of Technical Learning, Institute of Process Engineering, where he successfully completed his doctoral studies. After graduation, he worked as a senior project manager, where he prepared, led and coordinated large strategic projects focused on energy and waste management issues. ORGREZ ECO focuses on the strategic development of the company, with key activities including identifying new markets, searching for business opportunities, building partnerships and implementing innovative solutions that strengthen the company's position and competitiveness.

Martin has several years of experience in the field of sustainable energy, its involvement in the overall energy mix both in the heating and commercial sphere and in the villages.Martin is a graduate of VŠB-TUO in Ostrava with a focus on energy and renewable sources. Currently at ORGREZ ECO he holds the position of Head of the Study Department, focused on the creation of strategic documents and feasibility studies in the objectives of transition to low-emission energy and sustainable sources, energy savings and optimisation and overall reduction of the carbon footprint.

Hana Žůřková has extensive experience in all areas of financial management and management, acquisition and post-acquisition process, financial risk assessment or crisis management.

She has worked for many years in key management positions at ORGREZ, a.s. and ORGREZ Group, a.s., operating in the energy market and in the multinational SHERWIN WILLIAMS Group, with offices all over the world. He is an expert in ESG from the perspective of corporate risk management or ESG rating methodology. She is also currently Vice-President of ČMAPM, Czech Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers, owner of SEMPERA FRIGUSSI, s.r.o., dedicated to healthy lifestyle and owner of OCTOPUS, promoting equal opportunities across society.

Jan Huml is the main data expert of ORGREZ ECO and at the same time a founding partner of the collaborative analytics company integritas.ai. Honza draws on extensive practical experience in the field of integration, processing and utilization of big data. He specializes not only in proprietary data architecture, but also in demanding integration of operational and information systems and the use of artificial intelligence tools. In the past he worked as Technical Director at SECURITAS ČR and Česká pošta Security.
