We will ensure the comprehensive functioning of the Energy Community

The Czech energy sector has received legislation for the establishment of energy communities. Groups of citizens, municipalities or other communities can organise themselves within the so-called energy communities to participate in the construction of renewable energy sources and to share and consume or sell the energy produced locally among themselves. Meaningful communities will reduce energy prices, strengthen energy independence and promote the use of local, renewable energy sources.

ORGREZ ECO offers support to cities, municipalities and other communities in setting up functional energy communities, i.e. that make sense from an energy, financial and legal perspective.

Our services are comprehensive. We offer support in setting up a functional community, in preparing the actual application and documents necessary for the establishment and effective functioning of the energy community, in particular:

Analytical

Support in finding suitable entities for the establishment of communities
Expert processing of production, consumption and accumulation data
Analysis of the energy potential of the future community
Proposal for the creation of effective sharing groups
Preparation of economic analyses and forecasts

Legal

Recommendation of the most appropriate legal form
Design of the optimal ownership structure
Draft articles of incorporation, including draft rights and obligations of members
Preparation of all legal background materials

Technical

Design of the most suitable technical solution (SW and HW)
Design of data architecture and optimal SW platform
SW platform implementation
HW installation and commissioning (for necessary continuous measurement)

Economic

Creating a system for managing the trading and accounting of shared energy
Internal rules for sharing, buying and selling electricity (allocation keys)
Method of determining the amount of payments to be made by members of the Community for shared and purchased energy
Analysis and planning of joint investment actions

Administrative

Support in applying for and administering the subsidy
Support for the establishment of an energy community
Support in dealing with authorities (especially the ERO)
Support in negotiations with distributors (by territory)
Community coordinator (or other roles)
Training and education

Development

Actively seeking out and communicating with other suitable members of the community
Processing of data from new applicants, related analyses and forecasts
Preparing for the release of territorial barriers after the full-fledged EDC is operational
Continuous optimization of the technical solution based on technological developments
Legislative monitoring (forthcoming decrees and other upcoming amendments – LEX RES III)
