Community Energy Projects
We propose comprehensive concepts of community and municipal energy
For community and municipal energy projects, we propose comprehensive concepts and strategic plans that are used to set up and implement an appropriate technical, economic and legal framework.
Technical framework
The reliable and economic functioning of the community is based on an appropriate and complementary mix of resources, appliances and energy storage, which is also highly variable over time. Our support includes identifying and assessing suitable partners, technologies and their parameters, planning community expansion, compiling a profile overview of production, consumption and required storage capacity, energy production and management system designs. At the same time, the basic form can fully reflect the requirements of the founding members (for example, cities and municipalities or associations of apartment buildings), but thanks to the analysis these members will be supplemented by suitable entities for maximum operational efficiency.
Economic framework
By setting the optimal economic strategy, we provide a tool for managing investment, operations and joining new community members, so that the community is stable and economically profitable in the long term. The economic framework also includes the setting up of transparent pricing and a shared energy billing system.
Legal framework
By choosing the appropriate legal form and way of acting in the community, we ensure that we achieve the ability to take decisions and respond to changes in the external environment, such as changes in the structure of energy prices, legislation or the accession of new members.
All three frameworks of our professional activity are reflected in outputs with which communities, cities and municipalities can further work:
- Strategy for the creation and development of the energy community
- Technical-economic assessment of the community
- Technical-economic assessment of connected technologies
- Energy Community Operational Plan
- Audit of buildings and industries with evaluation of energy consumption profiles
