The founder of ORGREZ ECO and owner of ORGREZ Group, Vladimír Hlavinka, was 5. 11. 2023 guest on Václav Moravec’s Questions on ČT 24. Together with Blahoslav Němeček, former Vice-Chairman of the Energy Regulatory Office and now Partner at E&Y, they discussed energy prices, the impact of the renewal of charges for renewable energy sources on the regulated component of prices and the necessary innovations in the Czech energy sector.
SHIFTS23. This was the name of the leading business conference organized by the daily E15, which took place on 17. October 2023 in Forum Karlín with the support of ORGREZ ECO as a partner of the event. The conference aimed to reflect current trends and their impact on business and investment decisions. One of the important themes was sustainability, and in particular the tendency to approach its promotion as rationally and efficiently as possible.
Vladimír Hlavinka has spent a large part of his life at the highest levels of the energy business. He sat on the board of directors of the semi-state colossus ČEZ, where he was in charge of the nuclear power plants in Temelín and Dukovany, worked for many years in Russia and Holland, and managed the Tedom Group for billionaire Igor Fait. At the same time he develops his own company ORGREZ. “As a country, we have fallen asleep,” he says in an interview with CzechCrunch, assessing what has (not) happened in the energy sector in the Czech Republic over the last decade.
